1. Promotion of a student is decided on the basis of marks obtained in the periodic exams and final assessments, held through the academic session, as also simultaneous passing in the Final exam.
2. The minimum marks required for passing in each subject are 33%. The Result of examination is final. Parents are requested not to approach the school authorities in this regard. Also, students who miss any test or exam , will not be tested at other times.
3. All examinations and class test performances should be signed by the parents and immediate remedial measures taken.
4. Application for verifications of marks (final exams) ' in bonafide cases' will be considered. Application along with prescribed fees of Rs. 100/- per subject, at the most two subjects, be presented to the principal within twenty four hours from the declaration of results.
5. Use of unfair means in an examination is punishable with cancellation of his/her answer paper and providing of new copy. A student is also liable to be dismissed from school in such cases.
6. It is pious duty of the parents to clear Fees dues before the examination.
7. Students suffering from contagious disease should not be sent to school to attend classes or examination. Such cases are settled on the basis of students' performance in other examinations of that session, provided medical certificate is immediately submitted.
